We are DIY landlords sharing personal experience and research. We are not attorneys. We are not accountants. We are not licensed financial advisors. While we strive for a very high level of accuracy, laws change daily, regulations wax and wane, interest rates fluctuate, and tenants come and go. At the end of the day, we are humans. 3. Our Templates are Starting Points
Any lease templates or checklists provided on Rent Bumper are intended as drafts to help you get started. Using these documents does not create an attorney-client relationship. Housing laws are complex and regulations vary significantly by state and county. Please have a local professional review any legal document before you use it in the wild.

4. Affiliate & Recommendation Disclosure
We only recommend products and services with which we have some degree of personal experience. A recommendation from Rent Bumper does not necessarily mean a particular product or service is right for you, nor does it imply that you will definitely have a positive experience. Your mileage will vary and while hammers are useful tools, they can do plenty of damage in the wrong hands. The same goes for nearly all products and services we cover at Rent Bumper.
